these are a few pictures of the buttons me and megan have been working on for the game.

so i decided just to do this instead of my normal idea of creating particles and using fluid effects with paint to make and underwater video instead i decided to put everything ive learned with paint effects together. <3 and i really like it. klien the video is in the drop box called painteffectsjoce.avi

ocean fluid effects

 

 

this is a tutorial on fluid effects in maya,  it starts with just the ocean plane as shown on the first picture then it keeps increasing into a more moving and wave like ocean then calm and still. in the end is the final result of the waves added, and the foam on top.

flower paint effects shadow

this was a tutorial for making shadows to use for paint effects. the only way paint effects can create a shadow is after you apply a light and here a directional light was used then you convert paint effects to a polygon. klien there is a video in your folder called FlowerShadowJoce its an animation of the flowers moving as grass wood and moving in their own animated default. http://maya-tutorials-4u.blogspot.com/2008/06/creating-shadows-for-maya-paint-effects.html

 klein the video is on the drop box and this is how to animate paint effects. u edit the flow animation. i did not know you could do that lol :) and animating a tree in paint effects is not the same as animating anything else in maya

sandplane

this is a sand plane that rock man will be using in the desert level. Klein things they look like teeth o_o

rockplane

this is the rock planes that we might be using for one of the levels on the game so rock man can jump on.
